What is the policy on punctuality, refunds, and cancellations?
Because sessions run tightly back-to-back and Santa’s time is reserved in advance, all payments are 100% non-refundable. You must arrive on time for your slot; late arrivals cannot be accommodated and will forfeit their session and fee without a refund.
What if my child is shy or afraid of Santa?
Santa Chris specializes in gentle, patient interactions—perfect for timid children or toddlers experiencing their very first Santa visit in Queen Creek. He builds trust naturally by offering a sweet treat, showing a festive prop, or reading a Christmas storybook. Parents are always welcome to join the photo to help little ones feel completely safe and at ease.
When and how will we receive our photos?
You will receive a password-protected digital gallery within 1 week of your session, where you can easily view, download, and share your 3–5 high-resolution edited portraits. If you purchase prints or Christmas cards directly through our store, our print shop partner will deliver them to your door within 3–9 days, depending on the delivery option you choose.
